Time To Pet is our secure client portal for pet profiles, care requests, schedules, messages, invoices, and payments. You can use it in your regular web browser, and the mobile app is completely optional. You are still booking directly with Alicia and The Soft Side of Wild.

NEW CLIENTS
Let’s meet first
Start by requesting your secure Time To Pet account and telling Alicia a little about your pets and care needs. Once your request is reviewed, you'll receive access to schedule your complimentary meet and greet.
- Share your pets' names, species, and how many you have
- Include your general location, desired service, and approximate dates
- Complete full pet profiles and agreements after we confirm we're a good fit

Sign in to your existing Time To Pet profile to request another visit, walk, adventure, or overnight without filling everything out again.
- Choose the pets who need care
- Select your dates and service
- Send the request to Alicia for approval
